Oggetto: Mozione di sfiducia del gruppo di minoranza “Rinnovamento nella continuità presentata al Consiglio Comunale di Positano



I sottoscritti consiglieri di minoranza del Gruppo “Rinnovamento nella continuità” sono venuti a conoscenza che il consulente all’Urbanistica Ing. Giuseppe De Rosa nominato dal Sindaco con proprio decreto, è stato raggiunto a demolition order for the No 81 of 30/12/2010 for building abuses carried out in a building it owns on a Pasitea 269. The undersigned

councilors believe that this condition makes incompatible the role of the engineer. Giuseppe De Rosa as a consultant on Urban Development and request the immediate revocation of the Mayor.
